C.A. Bass Telecom Management Services is a certified Women Business Enterprise that has successfully partnered with wireless carriers, tower owners, fiber providers, municipalities, engineering, and attorney firms for wireless system upgrades and new site builds.

our Most Recent, Major and Successful Projects

Verizon Wireless - All phases of site development consisting of thousands of site modifications, zoning, building permits, construction site surveys, new site builds, small cells, and microwave projects in several major markets.
Verizon Wireless Construction- C.A. Bass provides 5 types of services for the North Texas Region: Tiger Team, COLO, NSB, Fiber Optic Installations & DC Powerplant Upgrades. This includes "service effecting repairs". C.A. Bass deploys our team to troubleshoot and correct issues if a VZW cell site has alarms and is not performing and/or meeting the VZW expectations.
T-Mobile Generators- C.A. Bass is a preferred vendor for T-Mobile. Since 2020 we have provided construction and site acquisition services throughout Houston market.
Dish- From 2021-2022 C.A. Bass was one of the 5 contractors on the very first launch for the new wireless carrier Dish. 60% of the Houston market was built by C.A. Bass, making Houston the #1 market in the Nation.

LCRA - For the past 4 years, C.A. Bass has provided top notch services installing and maintaining their telecom towers as well as their existing fiber connections that they serve throughout West and South Texas. At this time, C.A. Bass is in communication with LCRA to extend our current 5-year contract as C.A. Bass is dedicated to becoming a preferred and trusted vendor for LCRA.
General Dynamics - C.A. Bass has installed over 500 generators for General Dynamics/AT&T throughout Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana. C.A. Bass had very minimal punch times and/or issues on any of these installs. Our team continues to thrive, become more efficient and can now complete these installs within 2 days and with zero punch items. C.A. Bass also provides A&E services, obtain building permits and conduct site audits for General Dynamics.
Anthemnet- C.A. Bass provides Project Managment services for Anthemnet. This includes preforming the original site design walks, meeting with the utility provider(s) and designing the path from the ROW to the cell site. C.A. Bass also handles the bid walks with all General Contractors. Once Anthemnet choses a General Contractor, C.A. Bass then manages the build from start to finish. C.A. Bass has 2 team members that work on these projects and combined have approximately 60 years of experience in the wireless industry.
